  • As well as, discovering and uncovering our internal guide, of whom will teach us to walk with purposeful strides into the “Best” version of ourselves that beg to be awoken.


 

We will be consuming our old and outdated self in tiny little bites each week day for, up to, one year.

You know the saying: “How do you consume an elephant”?

 

Yep, that’s going to be us.

 

And best of all, we will have each other’s back to help one another through it all.

If true happiness were easy, we would all be precisely where we would like to be, doing precisely what our soul has directed us to do, with complete blissfulness.

This is – as the title suggests – a Challenge. Not necessarily easy, especially the 30-Day Jump Start to this Challenge.

  1. This first step will be almost like an INTENSIVE, so be prepared to commit to the time of doing the work in order to experience maximum results.

Introduction:
How the “Best Self” Daily Challenge Began:

 

The world I lived in was a closed loop of distractions, denying the existence of suffering, not to mention reality. I was the queen of internal cover-ups; everything in this world was a strange story of make believe; and I was at the center of the world’s attention.
 

Feelings or compassion had no room in my world.


Entitlement and anger led the way on my life’s journey, for I had suffered far too much as a young child not to use them as my weapon of survival. Also, my demands for happiness as a young adult held a very firm grip onto me, every minute of every day.

 

My Open Heart Gad NO Chance of Expression in Those Days, Until August 2000, When My World Took a Drastic Change in Direction.

 

My world as I knew it had come crashing down. Of course, it was a very steady crumbling over many decades.

 

However, my lack of awareness did not provide me the gifted opportunity to "catch" it all before my great fall.

 

 

It Was as Though God Had Picked Me Up By My Feet, Turned Me Upside Down and Violently Shook Me, Saying: Wake Up and Get a Grip!

 

 

At the time, there was no room for God in my tiny little world. Yet, I had asked Her to bring me home because I was just not right for this life.

 

 

In That Moment I Had Two - Familiar - Choices:

  1. Walk out of my life,
  2. Uncover and discover the real me, the "Best Me".

 

As it turned out, the old me did walk out, just not in the way I had imagined it: A new me walked into this body simultaneously.

 

That moment was the beginning of a new life for me. And, with my new lease on life came updated responsibilities. Responsibilities that would assure my continued growth, as well as guiding others that will choose to join me.

 

 

That’s Why I created “Best Self” Challenge.

 

Just as you will see in the “Bird’s Eye View” below, we will start our journey together by beginning to uncover and discover your life’s purpose. Then to make it all permanent and manageable, we will start breaking it down into a personalized map for daily action steps.



When you simply follow the step by step exercises listed in the process provided, before you know it you will have created your very own personalized Self-Achievement Blueprint and Living Legacy Map to use and share.

Even the most stable geometric form will not stand unless it rests solidly on bedrock (Live Planner Map – Your Legacy Map, Written Down). The same can be said about our journey here together.

 

 

 

 

Compare the 58-story skyscraper in San Francisco’s “Millennial Tower” built in 2008, to the Great Pyramids in Egypt built eons ago. The multi-million-dollar Tower is already leaning, due to an unstable foundation.

 



 

A Closer Look at How We Will Progress throughout Our “Best Self” Challenge Together.

 

The "Best Self" Challenge is a multi-faceted process that I have created to grow into the "Best" person that I can become, even though I had begun in the thickest of muck. I would be honored to share that experiential journey with you. Making Decisions

 

Here, you will create your personal Achievement Blueprint and Living Legacy Map – let it count. It will not only be your Achievement Blueprint, but your Map for you to use and for those you leave behind.

 

You Are the Wisdom Warrior, Allow Your Successes and Mistakes to Become Their Beginning Life Map.

 

The “Best Self” Four-Point System to Your Upgraded Life.

 

Throughout this process we will look at ways you can forge new tools from your new self-discoveries, to then experience one of the greatest gifts yet:

 

INNER PEACE:

  1. If we are not doing what our Soul has promised, pain will result.small creek with stones
  2. Now is the time to turn your “Some Day” into Today.

 

The first question I ask of you is:

What are you going to do with the rest of your life?

 

Not sure? Then you are in the right place.

 

Together we will discover and uncover your internal mysteries that beg to be awoken.

We won’t stop there.

 

Together, we will then close the gap of where you are now, to where you want to be, with this Four-Point System:

 

  1. Goal / Challenge: What is the goal / challenge that you would like to achieve? Think BIG and know that you have NO limitations or restrictions.

    You will have the opportunity to tweak these topics as we progress. Also, the “Future Self” meditation, throughout this journal, will aid you in finding your passions.

    We will begin with the end in mind. I chose “Peace & Joy” in the sample above. If you do not yet have a goal, you may want to simply start with “Peace & Joy”. Then you can clarify and gain more focus later in the challenge.

 

  1. Category / Topic: You can start with one of these three topics.
    • Community & Fun
    • Self-Love, Spiritual & Physical Wellness
    • Stable Career, Income

 

  1. Brainstorm / Strategize, Together – Live, as Well as Independently: 
     
    • Each of us typically functions from one of nine personality trait templates – below. That is not to say that they identify who we are, but rather how we typically behave.
    • I invite you to choose which one best describes you when you are experiencing tough times, and then write it down in your notes for later use. We will use it later.
  • Over Abundance, too much of this personality trait creates havoc in our lives:
  1. Perfectionism
  2. Loose self in others
  3. Must be best at…
  4. Longing for…
  5. Must know the most
  6. Everything is bad
  7. Gather more…
  8. Heightened stimulation needs
  9. Sloth like behavior 
     
  • Lack of, too little of this item will create havoc in out lives:
  1. Heart – Self Love, Spiritual & Physical Wellness.
  2. Gut – Community & Fun
  3. Grounding, a sense of safety 
     

How will you know that you no longer have that particular problem? It is very important to know where we are in order to get to where we would like to be.


We will cover all of these topics, in detail, throughout our time together. It is all a part of the legacy making process. 
 

 

  1. New Paradigm: We will bring all of the steps above together and begin to work with oppwoman excited, staring at laptoposites. From the space of opposites, we will create new paradigms from which to operate more successfully from.

 



 

To put all of the pieces together in our Achievement Blueprint and Living Legacy, we must learn how to Prioritize and Balance our journey. Only then will each part of our whole life be congruent with the other. With congruence of our actions and beliefs we develop success.

You will be given the tools to do just that. Please, trust all the pieces to the whole process that I am sharing with you, then verify. I promise you will achieve maximum results.



One of the most important steps to our entire process is to write it down in your journal. Here is the process that we will be using:
 

  1. Get the big picture
  2. Break the action plan down into small and manageable steps
  3. Identify your resources:
    1. Community
    2. Money
    3. Education
    4. Places (Nature)
    5. Hobbies
    6. Mentors
    7. Spiritual endeavors
  4. Add dates and resources to each step
  5. Put in chronological order
  6. Assess where you might be over-scheduled and how you can re-organize
  7. Act on your goals every day.

 

97% of us are failing at our goals. Let’s find out why that has happened and change course now. Getting derailed in the past is not your fault.

The “Best Self” Challenge Journal Planner was created to aid you with the design of your personalized roadmap to absolute peace and joy, as defined by YOU.

 

Here, you will encounter a well-planned system, consisting of strategically placed

  1. action steps,
  2. empowering tools,
  3. design templates,
  4. interactive videos and
  5. exercises to concretize your success in what ever dreams you can visualize, whatever goals you can dream of.

 

There are also helpful tid-bits of weekly suggestions spread throughout this Journal Planner, to make every moment count.

 

The format will include one interactive video at the beginning of each month, followed by two weekly Blog entries and exercises.

 

The exercises are designed to empower and motivate you towards your “Best Self”.

 

The design templates are meant to be printed and filled out, unless you have purchased a hard copy of this journal, which would allow you to simply work from that copy. Yet even then, if you feel you would like to replace or add pages, the electronic version will allow you to do that.

 

All templates are presented throughout this journal. However, to aid you in your printing process I have also included all of them together, below.

 

Please do not be afraid of making mistakes in your journal, we will be tweaking all your entries throughout the journal.

Imagine you have unlimited time and money. You can do whatever you want, go where ever you want, speak to whomever you want to in order to achieve your goals and dreams. This is where I invite you to dive into your aspirations, vast potential, dreams and goals as though there were NO BOUNDERAIES. I will provide a “Future Self” exercise for assistance. We will tweak these statements throughout the journal, aiding you in the process of creating your new reality.

 

// Motivation Creation

The aim of the “MOTIVATION CREATION” worksheet is to create a compelling enough vision that becomes your motivation for change, as well as to gain absolute clarity of what your goals and dreams are. Fill out as much as you are comfortable doing up front. It’s a bit lengthy, but please remember: This process will take effort, and your personal rewards will be worth it.

 

// Reflections Journal

You will be given many opportunities, in strategically placed locations, to fill out your Reflections Journal, but don’t limit yourself to the frequency listed in this journal. In fact, I would encourage you to use it daily.

 

//Your individualized success BLUEPRINT

Here are your 6-Month Blueprint templates, listed in quarterly increments. You are invited to list highlights of your monthly goals in the boxes provided. Please try to fill them all out before progressing to the next template, yet don’t stop if you get stuck with this exercise – continue onwards. Also, you will be invited to tweak the process of this blueprint, as you gain more and more clarity throughout this journal.

 

//Motivation: Eyes on the Prize

Focus is one of the primary keys to our success. Too often we set and forget goals, never even remembering them. We must have the map visible to help navigate us through this unknown territory. Also, if we are continually reminded of them, we will often encounter many more opportunities to turn them into our updated reality. What drives you? And don’t worry about getting it right the first time, you will have many opportunities to gain more and more clarity throughout this journal.

Your monthly template is based on four-week increments. When there are five weeks in any given month, that will be precious time given to your reflections journal, as well as additional time to catch up on previous exercises. The reflections time allows us to “seal” the new reality into our brains.

 

//Week at a Glance

This is your “Honey-Do” list for the week. It also allows you to prioritize your tasks. You will see “Mantra” on this page as well. You will learn more about that later in the journal, but for now, it is a word or phrase that will help you get your thoughts back in line with your “Best Self”, when chaos becomes front and center of your moment.

Here, you will list the key steps needed in order to fulfill the highlights listed in the Monthly template.

 

//Weekly Eating

We are taking a Holistic approach towards our “Best Self”, and food is a very important part of the whole. As you have already learned in previous goal setting events, no ONE plan will carry us through, it must consist of a well-rounded plan. Here, you will create a complete roadmap that will get you from point A to point B, safe and sound. In the second and third quarters you will learn much about cellular nutrition. But until then, just plan what you feel is right, and we will grow from there.
